      In late Jan, 2023 we discovered a leak from our master bath toilet into our basement. *** Environmental Services was contacted to do mold remediation. They removed our tile flooring down to the subflooring and treated the mold, however, there was no treatment to the underside of the subflooring in our unfinished basement even though they had pictures of the mold on the underside. When I complained to them I received no apologies from the project manager or the company. I can only give them 3 stars for an incomplete remediation project.
