    They listen very well to concerns and react quickly. No one can be perfect. Sometimes an item just doesn't work out. **** was a great *** to deal with.     Subject: Feedback on Recent Purchase of MaxxAir II Vent Covers Dear etrailer.com Team,I recently purchased two MaxxAir II vent covers from your website, and I wanted to share my feedback. The delivery was prompt and the product arrived in great condition, which I truly appreciate.However, I encountered an issue during installation. Following the provided instructions, I mounted the covers centered on the vent lid frame, but this positioning prevented the lid from opening or closing properly. After some trial and error, I resolved the issue by shifting the covers 5/8" to the rear, which allowed the vent to function ************ suggest reviewing the installation instructions to include guidance on this adjustment, as it could save other customers time and frustration. Overall, Im satisfied with the product and your service, but this tweak could enhance the user experience.Thank you for your attention to this feedback.Sincerely, [Your Name]

    I have ordered several times from earlier and am always impressed. They are quick to ship - I ordered after COB and they shipped the next morning. We were leaving on a 1 week trip and I was expecting to come home to a package, BUT, I received it the next day via **** the day before we left on our trip. Installed the step carpets yesterday and they look great! Thank you for a great job again!

    Trailer light wiring kit for **** Freestar w/ relays and fuses work perfectly. Suggest to have a few longer zip ties available to secure wiring to hitch. The ones provided were too short. Great product though!
