          Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with Superior Home Protection. BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints that primarily allege consumers received unsolicited phone calls; consumers were told their home warranty is expired or may be expiring and poor customer service.

          On December 5, 2024 BBB sent a letter to Superior Home Protection. On December 16, 2024 the company responded to that letter. The company has stated that they have experienced significant growth in customer size and has implemented improved customer service techniques, as well as revisiting their marketing campaigns.
