My home was in bad need of paint and some wood replacement. However at my age, I didn't want to paint anymore. After working with the team and Midtown Home Improvement. I decided it was just better to replace the wood trim, fascia and under the door kick boards with aluminum trim. After the job was done I was totally happy, my home looks new and now I no longer have to worry about the next paint job. below I have attached photos to show how well it looks nowMidtown Home Improvements Inc.

Terrible customer service, no follow through, bad communication, no timeline on completion of projects or updates from anyone. The only way you get their attention is by complaining. Just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere or be prepared to hire an attorney to get your money back.Midtown Home Improvements Inc.

Youve had multiple conversations with our General Manager, the most recent being just two days ago on April 22, 2025, when you confirmed the siding color (Deep ****) that you selected. Midtown could benefit from being more proactive rather than reactive and that ties into the lack of communication we experienced with our project. I also did not care for the pressure for me to sign off on the deck (3 days before it was finished) so they could push the financing through before the end of the year. That felt very scammy. The deck was finished on January 3rd, 2 days before the big snow storm hit ********. Knowing that it was going to snow a lot I figured someone would have come out to clean up the giant pile of construction debris, before the snow, but I was wrong. A week goes by at this point and I've heard nothing from Midtown. I reached out and they assured me that someone would be out in the next week. Again, heard nothing after 2 weeks and reached out again and was given the same answer. Long story short, the debris was picked up A MONTH after the deck was finished. It was always me reaching out for an update and it seemed that after they had their money from the financing company, I just didn't matter anymore. They also need to do better with coordinating with their hired contractors. The contractor shows up and couldn't do the tear down because the trailer wasn't delivered. He also had to chase down the plot plans and question incorrect measurements given to him. Midtown coordinated an inspection with the city of ********* and did not tell me about said appointment and I didn't have the necessary paperwork for the inspector. After seeing the construction cost on the permit it was very clear we were significantly overcharged for this deck. (The loan amount of the deck is double the construction cost!) And yes, I know they need to make money,and we should have shopped around, but this just makes me not want to recommend this company to anyone.Midtown did accommodate a small, last minute change with the spindles at no additional charge which was appreciated. That being said, I'm very happy with the work that the contractor completed.Midtown Home Improvements Inc.
