    Don't let them in your house. They were suppose to come out about air conditionintg through my Home Maintenace American Home Shield. The technican **** as me a bunch of questions about my home. I told him the attic fan had was out and said he would look at it also. Said it was the belt and switch and he would come out on Saturday October 5, 2024 to fix that and would do it on the side and charge me $50.00 labor plus parts. Ended up **** ****** and Caden came and fixed the air 8 days later and I told them about **** who had also wrote up a ticket about the attic fan, then said that wasn't covered and a code violation and it would cost $1,275.00 to fix. I didn't call them about my attic fan, I called about my air conditioner. **** walked off with the belt and switch to the attic fan and had the nerve to tell me he wouldn't be back. He was charging me and my Home Warranty plan and got caught. They told me it was company policy to check out the whole house. As a cancer patient I had to wait 8 days for air conditioning and then they and only God knows why he was looking at my attice fan and why he took the parts. I would think that would be unethical and illegal. ****** Mc

    The quality of the work was good. However, the 1st appointment was for 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and he didn't show up until 5:30 PM for a 4 hour job. The work order included 2 new lines being run, and he didn't have any breakers with him in the truck, so it required setting up another appointment. I had put our dog in day care based when I was told they were going to be here (which turned out to be a waste of money).Additionally, he did not clean up well after either visit. When he was cutting in the basement, he didn't cover anything and there was a lot of saw dust in my washing machine and ended up throwing away my dehumidifier because I was not able to get all of the saw dust out of it.

    This company lied to my ********************** claiming my ceiling fans were in code violation, just so they could charge additional fees for new ceiling fan installations. Claiming it would be $225 per ceiling fan for a rated fan box. These boxes are only $15 at *********** All 4 of my ceiling fans work just fine and are NOT in code violation. Their technician came out, looked up at the ceiling fans and said we can replace them all thru the Home Warranty. Never even attempted to fix anything. And I only requested they be serviced since 2 of them needed new strings replaced and the other 2 were a bit shaky, so those needed to be tightened at the base. Smh just sad that a company would lie and falsify documentation just to up charge the home warranty company and ******* the homeowner out of nearly $1,000. Nice try, R&M. I will be sure to spread the word to all of my friends, clients and colleagues and let them know that you all are shady. I also kept the email **************** sent me that states IF the ceiling fans didnt have those boxes, what the charge would be to the homeowner. This company should really be ashamed of themselves doing business in this manner. Dont trust or do business with them.

    We apologize for your frustration with the services provided. Your home warranty has rules and regulations that we have to follow in replacing ceiling fans and other items. Replacement of the entire unit is required. Tightening your ceiling fans at the base would not fix the shaking when a fan rated box is not present. I'm sorry you do not agree with our diagnoses and how to fix your issues. We as a licensed company have to follow code requirements when fixing any electrical issue.     ***** was assigned by American Home Shield, they came out and did the assessment the first contractor didnt do anything so I had to continue calling the company and let them send someone else out the other guy came out and repaired the issue and informed me that American Home Shield did not cover some parts so I bought parts and he put them in and everything was working fine with my replace ceiling fan with a light fixture but it was such a headache going through the process A month later I received a **** from RN and company for services that American Home Shield should have paid for
