    If I could give this business zero stars I would. Thousands of dollars have been flushed down the drain because of the misinformation, shotty work, and the fact they took advantage of a single woman. Their website claims to be Better Business Bureau accredited but is not listed on the BBB website as being so. They used zip ties to put up duct work, there was 5-7 teenagers sent to do the job who hardly had any idea what they were doing. I would ask questions about what they were doing under my home as far as progress to installing a brand new central heating and air unit & no one ever gave me a straight answer. My family and I spent 1 week in the month of August in 90 degree temperatures without any a/c. They left things worse than they found them by leaving water lines laying on the ground and shattering the concrete to the underside of my home. & now my heat doesnt work. Heat and air is a necessity to everyone and this company could care less if their customer is satisfied, or comfortable. Horrible, painstaking experience. And I wish I would have sought a little longer for a different company. I will never financially recover. Thanks Upland.

    We called upland to service our water heater broiler. The guy **** came out, ordered a part. Part came, he replaced. Didn’t fix problem. Said he had to do some research to find out what problem was. At one point my husband asked approx bill amount. We were looking at a part that was over $500 but we didn’t end up needing that part. At that time with part he said just over $1000. Again, the part we did need was much cheaper. They also cancelled last minute 3 times and once showed up we weren’t here and I had to dash home. I get my bill today it is $1412.23!!! My parts were $182 and $294. He charged me 11 hours at $85.00. At best they were here a total of 5 hours. I have security footage showing this. The tech is like we charge to and from office. My husband spoke to him on phone and **** said I don’t research your issue for free. So because he doesn’t know they want to bill us 6 unknown/unverified hours. Do not use this company. It is a rip off. At best, he should have been upfront and clear about billable time.
