    Seth ********************** and crew does shotty work and has been kicked off of at least two home building projects. He has cost two home owners many thousands of dollars over. **** has bounced checks to subcontractors and will not pay them in some instances despite telling you "there is plenty of funds" and having a contract stating to do so. **** misappropriated our funds and funneled them into other LLCs that he owns. When you ask for proof of where the money went, expect random receipts with items that should NOT be charged against the project such as ********* comp. I personally had two months where nothing was done onsite and **** was completely unreachable.
