    I visited the store not knowing exactly what I needed. I was very impressed with their knowledge and they actually took the time and answered all of my questions. **** was very helpful (and patient). His knowledge is unbelivable and he truly cared when making suggestions that was best for me. I ended up having an incredible system installed in my new Charger and the appearance of the installation is way above my expectations. An awesome upgrade that sounds amazing. Thanks for your patience and you definitely have my business for my next "project". Thanks to **** and kudos to the installation guys.

    So glad I found Audiophile!I was on a lengthy trip when the stereo in my F-150 went out. I chose Audiophile based on the reviews I read and Im super happy that I found them. The store was very busy with a constant flow of people, but when it was my turn, ***** listened to me carefully, tested my system, and was able to diagnose the problem as SYNC failure. Audiophile bent over backwards to be accommodating and get my stereo fixed super quick while I was in town. While I was in the store waiting, I was impressed with ****** manner. The store was busy and he was in high demand, but he worked hard to suggest options that would help each customer. They had tons of merchandise and obviously do a lot of business.I was in the store for a long time and was pleased with the ethics I saw when ***** actually lowered the price from his original estimate. Real integrity there and stellar customer service. Clearly a lot of people love this store. Ive read the 1-star reviews and they dont sound like anything I witnessed, making me wonder if theyre bogus reviews posted by competitors. What I DO know is that any time Im in the area again, Ill be returning to ***** at Audiophile.

    I came in to get a radio install. My vehicle has apparently been completely demolished as far as wiring. ***** and ***** have gone above and beyond to get it all fixed and straightened out to make sure my equipment worked like it should. They are amazing and I highly recommend stopping in if you need audio or anything done to your vehicle! I will definitely be coming back!

    I'm not one to give reviews on business very often. But when I have an excellent experience I will. I went there to purchase an amp and a sub for my farm truck . I like good sounding music when I haul livestock or building fence. The owner seemed very knowledgeable on what would work best in my truck. And didn't start with the expensive stuff. Then I told him what I wanted to spend and he gave me several options. I've installed my own equipment for years so I know quite a bit about stereo equipment. So I'd know if they were full of ****. And they were super honest and helpful. I even called their service tech 4 times when I had issues with an amp I purchased elsewhere. Which I returned to that store and went back and got another amp from audiophile. I was able to get better quality stuff for almost same price as the cheap junk I previously bought. I've referred my friends to these guys. I won't do business anywhere else . Thank you ****** for all your help!!!
