**** *. Is a very knowledgeable agent who talked me through many options to include how the insurance portion of an inspection works. It was a privilege being able to speak to ****. Really bad experience with Advanced Restoration. They wasted my time by making alot of guarantees and promises, after spending 4 hours on my roof documenting and taking pictures, ***** asked that I sign a contract with them stating that I wouldn't use anyone else. I felt pressured obviously and obligated so I signed his papers, it would of been more professional of him to mention the signing before he spent 4 hours at my residence. To make a long story short, communication dwindled with *****. His texts and calls became further apart until he stopped all communications, I assume my job wasn't a big enough project for them.

Best Company I've ever worked with!! Our family had a major storm come through in 2023 and we had substantial damage to our roof, siding and gutters. When you are in the midst of storm damage, the last thing you want to deal with is the problems of getting things resolved. They are one company that will stand by your side from beginning to end. Advanced uses great subs. The men from GoGutters are very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to keep the old gutter from one of their projects so i could finish my project. Great guys Thanks
