    HORRIBLE:Thieves and crackheads grounds. Living on this property feels very unsafe. Management has non-functional cameras, and when contacted about safety concerns, they fail to respond or take action to address the issue. Their claim of having working cameras appears to be false advertising.They told me contact the cops you get a hold of their surveillance footage, when the cops contacted them their response was the cameras are down and they only keep record for a few short days

    Just moved out and glad I did. ************************** in ********* are the most corrupt, unwilling, nasty people to work with. I requested a final walk through in the week leading up to my move out with no response. There were some small pin holes in the wall that needed touch up paint. I reached out multiple times for what paint to buy. Finally, on the night before moving out I got an email with the paint colors. I went and bought those colors. Now I'm being charged to repaint since I bought the wrong paint (I BOUGHT THE PAINT YOU TOLD ME TO BUY!!!). Unbelievable rude. Would not do a walk through with me because they didn't have time? Set me up for failure buy telling me to buy the wrong paint. Terrible place of business and seriously need to be audited. This will not be my last complaint. I will be filing in small claims. Unreal how you treat people. You don't answer calls or emails. NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

    It is always our goal to provide our residents with excellent customer service. It seems that there were some miscommunications in this situation. Our records indicate that ********************* left his unit keys in the unit and was not present for the scheduled move out inspection appointment. The inspection had already been completed when he requested another appointment, and the make ready process had begun rendering another inspection without value, as the condition had already changed. There are photos posted on his account of the unit in the condition it was left in. The restoration charges made to this resident's account are not significant. It's not our policy to provide paint colors to residents, as any variation at all from the color mix, to sheen, to a slight variation to the brand or even just the line of paint within a brand can make a big difference. We communicate that any paint flashing that requires us to repaint the unit again will be charged to the ledger just as if the touch *** weren't completed. This is one of the cases where the paint flashed significantly and required professional paint touch up. We do regret that the experience wasn't what we ************ of our residents, but do feel that the charges and handling of the move out were fair and reasonable.

    My kid has lived at ********** Apartments in ***********, ** for three years and I've always felt thay it was a very safe building and is, literally, right across the street from *************************. Anytime that I've ever called or texted the office, I've gotten swift service. My kid will be vacating January 3, 2023 and **** helped me, seamlessly, to tie up all of the required steps, even though I contacted her numerous times, she was so sweet and helpful. At **********, they do regular welfare *** safety checks and I always appreciated them showing my kid the utmost respect upon entering their apartment. I have total trust in all of the fine folks at **********.
