    I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing. The person who answers the phone is kind, helpful, courteous and cheerful. She even called to let me know they could come earlier than expected. ***** appears confident and kind. He was patient with my questions and the have around a 60 day garuantee. I'm always surprised by the cost of services but they are very reasonable. Their service call price is $15 lower than someone I called about 8 years ago. And they were kind to my dog who likes to be in the middle of everything.

    Great company!!! Trained professionals. Truck full of parts and equipment . No going back to the shop and charging you by the hour! Their replacement parts and new items are of the highest quality.

    *** Franklin has always done a wonderful job. We have used them for over 20 years. ***** checked all the plumbing works and drained our water heater. He explained everything he checked. He was a pleasant young man.Thank you for your service.
