I WENT TO OREILLY ON *************************************************************** (. A LADY EMPLOYEE CHECKED MY CHECK ENGINE CODE AS P0031 AND SOLD ME AN OXYGEN SENSOR BOS *****. SHE CHECKED AS THE CORRECT SENSOR FOR THAT CHECK ENGINE CODE. MY MECHANIC PUT THE *** ON A LIFT AND CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS THE WRONG **** AND CORD WAS NOT LONG ENOUGH. HE CHARGED ME FOR THE LABOR $ 40. I WENT BACK TO OREILlY TO RETURN THE **** AND THAT WRONG PART COSTED ME $40.00. THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING ME AND REFUSED TO TAKE THE THE ORIGINAL PART THAT WAS SOLD TO **** WAITED 1 HOUR AND THE MANAGER (*******) WAS BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS (THAT CAME AFTER ME)WHEN I COMPLAINED

Dealing with store number **** in ********** ******* on ******************* used to be a ******************************* and ***** were great and **** and ***** the managers were even better they knew what they were talking about because they themselves rebuilt motors. The new manager *** is surly and uneducated in the rebuild of motors. He's great for displays and putting batteries up and leveling things off but that's really not what a parts service manager is about he's a Yes Man for corporate and that's about it. I bought a lifetime guaranteed fuel pump that looked just like the $98 one I bought six weeks before that and it failed. I decided to buy the lifetime guaranteed one because when it failed I get a new one for free. They have failed five times. This time the manufacturer looked at it and could not put their finger on why it failed but that it did. Manager *** who was Surly obnoxious and acted like a three-year-old laughing at me when I forgot what the district manager's name was and just acted like a complete jackass which I now know that's exactly what he is. I am waiting for corporate who I spoke to today to give me my refund of $551 that I paid for a $98 pump. They're putting lifetime guarantees on them to get them out of the warehouse because they are c*** and they hope that some of them will actually work so they can make a profit off these certain pumps. I have my own repair shop for 40 years I have more knowledge of cars in my pinkies t h a n *** has of M and Ms on his 8lips. I'm hoping corporate does the right thing and gets rid of this man gets me my refund and I am going to deal with the ********** over on 41 where they seem to know what customer service is even if they're the same parts I'll just have to be careful what I buy that's not their fault that's corporates fault for falling into agreements with companies that Supply c*** for parts. I tried to buy an alternator for a customer's car and he gave me a $1.75 off with my comm. acct. Campbells Auto Repair

Spoke with **** at Oreillys auto parts before purchase. He advised that there store did price matching. They had the gasket set in stock and price was $51.99 . Summit Racing a short drive away had same fel-pro gasket set for $31.99. Not an online line store but an actual retail store. Both managers would not match Summits price. $20 increase. Felt like racism had a lot to do with the price match. **** that checked me out new there was a problem and went and asked another manager, manager looked at me and then refused price match which she heard already denied from first manager. This complaint is not about **** the ***** man that helped me but to the managers and store. They originally advised they price matched.

O'Reilly Auto Parts *********************************** treated our daughter like their own. We live in Atl and our 21 yr old daughter is in school in **********, **. She had car issues and had to find help immediately. O'Reilly Auto Parts Store was right there. A kind man named "************" treated our daughter like his own. He did some troubleshooting and figured out what was wrong with her car. In fact, the next day, he called ** in ******* to check on her. Imagine the fear, your daughter having trouble on the road, near dark. ************ is our ********* Thank you doesn't begin to show our appreciation!!

Just filed a police report earlier against the ******** Central City Location, and will be filing a small claims suit tomorrow.. Purchased a starter three months ago, starter went out three months later. Had the starter taken off and returned for replacement, the worker asked for my detailed information and the database didn't have anything under my name. This could not have been right, I purchased and returned the core the same day. I contacted corporate with time, location, and amount paid, all the information was accurate except they told me it was purchased under a business account, I immediately said the particular worker frauded me. I had to go somewhere else to purchase another starter, but I promise, they will not get away with this. If anyone had a similar experience, please contact me.

I was verbally and physically threaten by an employee at the skyline boulevard in ********* **. Over a parking spot. The most unprofessional conduct by the employee and some of the other employees there too. Please be very careful if you shop at that store not only from total strangers but sadly ORileys employees at this location.

Don't buy from this place. We bought a car battery from their *******, ** location and it died, not even lasting a year. We brought it back, but they will not honor it without a receipt. We gave them our phone numbers so they'll be able to track the receipt, but they claim that they cannot find it. We showed them a statement from our credit card, but they still didn't honor it. We're thinking they probably typed our phone number wrong, or they just don't want to honor the warranty. We made a mistake of buying from the this place.

I went to get a battery and the employee put it in backwards causing electrical and computer module damage. I've spent almost $1,000 in repairs at ***** because of **********. They won't return my calls, I sent a certified letter to the **** and he won't contact me. I've called numerous times and no one will call me back. I keep having residual damage and have a car that is unreliable and has complete depreciation and they won't stand behind their company. There is no telling what the end will be when it comes to damages.

Don't go there to buy auto parts...they don't honor warranties at all..I went there to buy a serpentine belt for my 2007 jeep compass..for 1..they gave me the wrong size..after they looked it up on the computer and still gave me the wrong one..but they told me it was the right one..so I put it on..was really hard to get on..but when I finally go it on.as soon as I turned on my car..the belt busted..30 min later I went back to ******* with receipt and they told me that I was returning the wrong belt..I ask them to show me another identical belt..and what a coincidence..I was told that that one was the last one..bad business....employees are rude and they catch attitudes if you try to return something..I recommend going somewhere else to buy parts..
