      Brought my car for an oil leak. They quoted me a one-day fix. After a call the afternoon I left the vehicle, I was told it would be another day. After no communication the following day I visited the location and was told they broke my engine (it skipped time because of their negligence). They said they can get a used engine at their cost, and I would get my vehicle back around 1-2 weeks. They didn't order the engine until 2 weeks, and was received in about a week later, and it took them another 2 weeks to install it. During this time, they did not provide a rental, still charged me for the original fix and lied to me multiple times about the car, or ordering the engine.During this time, my car was also left unlock on a few occasions and was broken into. It also smelled like cigarette smoke and has oil stains all over the inside of the car.After my vehicle was there for over a month due to their mistake, I was told my car was done. Upon picking my car up, they said the test drive was great. However, when turning my car on, I was unable to put it into drive at first and it was shifting extremely hard. It was also throwing a transmission code. They said it was like that before, and I never had transmission issues. With the way it was driving, they either didn't test drive it, or didn't know what they were doing. I spoke to the regional manager multiple times who told me to take it to another location to get it corrected. Come to find out they didn't install a transmission solenoid, broke the motor mounts, and didn't fill the coolant or oil back up. This was the worst experience of my life, and I was an inch away from taking them to court.Although the regional manager fixed my problem and went above and beyond to correct some stuff that was broken before, he still allowed the employees of this location to seriously effect and cause stress in my life.

      I was charged for repairs that were either not completed or done incorrectly, and the issue with my vehicle remains unresolved. Additionally, I was overcharged for parts, paying more than double the actual retail cost without prior disclosure of such a significant markup. Despite the guarantee of properly completed work, Midas has failed to address the issue or provide a resolution when I followed up. I believe this constitutes fraudulent billing and poor business practices, and I am requesting a full refund for the overcharges and reimbursement for the incomplete repairs. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the issue further.

      I have taken my car there three times for routine maintenance. I was turned away because they said they didn't need the business, didn't want to service a car like mine and didn't like people like me. I asked where else I could go. He said, "I don't know...maybe you should ****** it!"
