Paid for "V.I.P " membership ..made an appointment and on the day of they called and said they couldn't make it because "they had too many people call in with heater problems" it was 60 degrees outside and they tried to reschedule over a month away.Doesnt exactly make me feel like a "V.I.P".I called and explained the situation and was told a manager would call me and that never happened..TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!

A technician came out to check my system. He couldn't get it to come on (though I and other technicians had never had a problem). So he recommended a new system. Because I did think it needed replaced anyway, I met with the salesman. For my ***** square foot home, he pitched me a $38,000 HVAC system. He even had the audacity to act shocked and tell me he thought it would be more. I am a single mom renovating a house on my own. He asked me multiple times if I had anyone helping me. I told him no. Then he pitched me this number. I don't know how he sleeps at night. I got 4 other quotes, none of which were over $8,000 for the same exact job. I ended up getting it done for about $7,500 by ******* **** ******* *** ***. Because of this alone I would NEVER consider doing business with them again and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Technicians were super nice and got the job done, however they are way overpriced! They charged us over $600 for one heating element in our water heater. The other one was working just fine so he didn't replace it. Once we got the invoice the next day, it indicated that they replaced element(s) plural. When we called they said, oh we should have replaced both of them because that's what we do and we need to come back out and replace the other one. Why replace it if it's not bad, I asked? He says it's just how we do it and they need to be replaced at the same time because the other one is sure to go bad soon too. Then he told me that if I wanted money back, he would only give us the price of the part which was $50. So by my calculations, they are charging around $250+ an hour for labor if the parts were only $100. Plus the service call of $73. They don't give you a breakdown on your invoice, just the service fee and the "cost" of the repair that they marked up by about 200%. Called a couple of other reputable places in town and they said it would have cost around $200. When my fiance told ***** at Air Services that, he said" well you should have used one of them then, I'm not the cheapest around". They are supposed to refund our whole $50 and we will take our business elsewhere.
