      I love going into a small mom and pop store. I'm really disappointed at how many times I've bought stuff because of the price and to get home and realize it rang up more. The pricing there is not getting changed when the prices goes up. I think they should be fined for incorrect pricing. Old people like me have a hard time making it on a fixed income. Then i get home and have to make another trip if I can find my receipt. Hope you can help.

      Harter House Hollister Missouri On 4/16/2023 Harter House charged my card twice for the purchase of $72.65. They also charged me for two items I did order 20.00 this again was a problem as they charged $20.00 to my card. When I called to bring this to their attention they were very rude to me. We have had a home in Branson since 2008 and have had many friendly employees. It is amazing that they have such friendly employees with great attitudes, smiling faces and wonderful customer service. The manager ***** just said to wait seven days for one of the charges to drop off. The $20.00 for the tenderloins he said that we had received the tenderloins and there would not be reimbursement for the mistake. I sent the manager Les an email explaining what had happened. Instead of responding he left for the day. I asked to speak to another manager. A manager picked up and started calling me hon. He did this several times and I asked him not to address me as hon. I attempted to explain the issues to him. He told me that I just didn’t understand the situation. I understood very well and let him know that I had 35 years of experience in customer service and also refunds to guests that had been overcharged and I always treated the 120 employees and our guests in a respectful manner. What happened next was unbelievable. He said I was taking too much of his time and accused me of harassment. I don’t think that trying to request a refund is harassment. Then he accused me of trying to get things for free. That definitely wasn’t what I asked for. I simply wanted them to fix the problem. I had two emails that had been sent to me with itemized and had the exact purchase ,items, and total charges. He was very condescending and instead of apologizing or attempting to make things right; it honestly felt that I was being bullied. He also said my experience was was not comparable to this situation. I did say to him it was very relevant and that good customer service is very important
