    Bad customer service, bill you for things that didnt happen

    *******************, we apologize that you have not been content and we have tried to remedy this as best we can. As contracted, your old fence was torn down and removed from your property in order to make way for the new fence. There is quite a bit of labor involved in this teardown which is why we charge for it. Once down, we often allow others to pick up the old fence to repurpose rather than throwing it in the landfill. In this case, another contractor we work with picked up your fence. Regardless of who picked up the fence, your fence was removed. You have communicated, however, that you are upset about how the fence was removed from your property. You stated in your review that we "billed you for things that didn't happen." That is not factual. You fence was taken down and removed from your property and a new fence was built.We are disappointed to see this review as it does negatively affect our company name and, in turn, our livelihood. We do not take these negative reviews lightly. In our 45 years of business, we had never received a negative review with the BBB until now. Our end goal is to make you content. We wanted to work with you and fix any issues you had as **** and ***** have attempted to do. Please accept our apologies for any frustration.
