      One star review for poor customer service. Rejected for being too small before I even told them what I needed.Called about getting 2 decks repaired most likely tearing one down to rebuild and they said it was too small? Didnt even say the size of the decks, one being quite large.Your customer service rejected me before I even told them what we were looking for so the one star is for poor customer service which is part of your work.The owner of Deck Company of America then called my office and threatened us because I was rude.I told the customer service person that we didnt want to do business with them if theyre saying we are too small?Very unprofessional conduct from the owner.

      After being rejected by the customer service person for being too small before I could even tell them what I needed, the owner of the company called and threatened us because I told them we wouldn't do business with them if they think we are too small. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional conduct from the owner.
