    Horrible company!! We bought our house 10 months ago never had an issue until October they started harrassing all the homeowners with weekly fines if you have a basketball goal, told us we had 5 days to get rid of it after being there almost a year with NO ccr rules presented to ** at Closing time. I asked our realtor about it before buying the house nobody could find any rules like they are doing to us. Weekly increasing fines!! Also bout every house has their trash container outside corner of their house. Now they have a problem with that too saying everybody has to store them inside the garage, which is gross when you have baby diapers in there. I even built a nice privacy fence 4ft around the trash container like others to match my privacy fence near by, they have a problem with that too. Non stop harrassment!! They have somebody drive by and stalk your house that you own. I call and ask for a copy of the ccr and they refuse to send me a copy! This is ran like a communist country! We arnt allowed to have any hoa meetings either like other HOA's. This has to change. Brand new subdivision and alot of upset homeowners that have clean properties
