    I took my car to Barkers to fix my car and they guaranteed that the work would be satisfactory and completely match. After two attempts it did not match and they broke a door panel that they refuse to fix. Ended up having to take them to small claims court and won. They would have rather spent the money on a lawyer that lost in the end than make it right with my car.

    ***** brought us a car that 2 other body shops in the area had worked on before. We were paid by insurance to do a job for him. We went above and beyond to make the best repairs possible to a car that had been worked on before. Come to find out. ******************* that was working on his car refused to work with him for good reason. We have been harassed, cussed out, sued and threatened. Yes, he sued us for no reason other than money. He sued us for *****. Judge awarded ***** a judgement of *****. As far as the door panel complaint. I have pictures of his distorted door panel on the car before we even touched his car. We did not break it. He now has a beautiful 2016 Chrysler 300 with 90k miles that looks basically brand new.
