    Bought vehicle in September of 2024, dealership Salesman gave me 3 set of keys for vehicle which all 3 key fobs worked , but the slide out metal key of 2 of the key fobs wasn't to my vehicle, IT notified the dealership 3 days later and here it is 7 months later and still no slide out metal keys for key fobs, everytime you call Salesman, Manager, or Service, you get a different story every time, and here it is April of 2025 and STILL NO KEYS...so if the 1 key i have ever get lost or key fobs stops working I'm screwed getting in vehicle. I just want my 2 spare keys for the vehical... they said they needed Vin # to have someone cut keys, which never happened after having my vehicle for 2 days, then said needed Vin # to contact the Main **** manufacturer to get keys special cut,which again Never happened, Call again by Service manager said got keys but we're lost and we're the wrong keys...come on now... ************* ....and still 7 months later still have no keys...butvthey were assuring me it be taken care of...well like when??? But they charged me 800 dollars for a Service key contract thought, think I'm entitled to a refund or something for the contract, and along with my keys that still NEVERED RECEIVED! Commercial says white glove Service even after the sale...well I don't know what color gloves their wearing because they surely aren't White...and on top of all this the Compass still doesn't work correctly, says it's a update program issue and there's No fix ...bull!!! Call **** relations on both issues , says both are dealership fixable...upset and will NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION! Every time you call it's always a different story or excuse everytime! Someone need to respond are other steps will be taken to resolve these issues for the price we half to Pay for vehicle!

    I drove 2 hours to this dealership saturday to look at ( with full intentions on purchasing ) a car I have been talking to a sales man (*****************) there about since Wednesday. I get there , all is great, everyone is nice. I drive the car, I come back were looking at it, drove it again. We are sitting there making sure everything works ( as you should when youre getting a new car ). My salesman and another man approached the vehicle, I rolled down the window and they told me you dont really have time to make a decision. You see that car over there? Theyre waiting on you to not buy it. Which rubbed me the wrong way, but I kept looking at the car. I went inside a few minutes later to talk numbers. We were going back and forth on numbers. AS EVERY CAR DEAL GOES. We were working on where I wanted to be, I go outside so I can make a phone call. A man I havent seen before comes outside about 5 minutes into my phone call and says the other couple just agreed to terms and signed the paperwork, they purchased this vehicle. AS IM SITTING IN THE CAR.I rolled the window up on him. He went inside. I followed him in, and let the sales team know how I felt about the situation. I asked who was there first where ***** then said technically, them. I said technically? He said they were here about 30 minutes before you. I was so mad in the moment I couldnt collect my thoughts. But now that I have had a 2 hour drive home Ive reflected on the whole experience. If there was someone there 30 minutes before me that wanted it why let me drive it TWICE and look at it for over an hour ?! Make it make sense.They also never even looked inside my jeep to verify anything before giving me my trade in value. Im not mad at the couple that purchased the car, on my way out I poked my head in and told her I hope she loved her new car. Im not even mad about not getting that car I am upset with the way they handled the situation, and the way I was treated. **** poor customer service.

    I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle, however there is still on ongoing issue with the monetary side of things. The finance manager added a $3555 service plan to my total, which I explicitly said no to while doing the paperwork. Until this very day, I cannot get a credit on my statement for this money. The two people involved in this have assured me that the payment has been sent out, however the **** Motor Company states that nothing is processing on their side. This has been going on for two months with less than stellar communication. I am constantly calling both places to get an answer to no avail. The general manager does not pick up his phone, at all. A check could have been issued in my name and I could have applied it towards the principle myself a LONG time ago. The fact the a **** dealer cannot communicate effectively with the home office makes no sense. The fact that communication is poor, makes even less sense.
