"Start off by saying I've been a triple A member for many years also I want to state I never give AAA permission to tow my vehicle I actually made the service call because I ran out of gas after waiting almost 3 hours on the side of the highway barely on the shoulder going on safe I decided to walk the 4 miles to a hotel, called back and ask them to have the tow truck driver pick me up and take me to my car because I had the keys and the tow truck driver pulls up with my vehicle ultimately this damaged my transmission and neither one will hold themselves accountable for this mistake for one they never should have towed my car too it was an all-wheel drive and damaged my transmission I've been without a vehicle since I filed a claim Triple AAA acted as if they were going to help sent in all my service papers and still have not received any compensation or resolution I've been without a vehicle ever since because I can't afford to replace the transmission I'm just looking for some resolution direction of what I can do to legally handle this matter. Itd be nice if State Fair Tow and aaa split the cost." ... Read full review
