    This organization is very cavalier about patient care. When I arrived for my last appointment I was told that I had cancelled the appointment! I had not. Later the office administrator contacted me and admitted that a staff employee had "hit the wrong button" to cancel my properly scheduled appointment. This is one of the worst experiences I've had in my life with a healthcare provider. If they cannot be relied upon to properly safeguard a patient's appointments why should one rely upon them for their health care needs. The flippant attitude of the office administrator when she justified the customer breakdown was: "people make mistakes". Well ********** Administrator I don't want you making "mistakes" with my health care!!

    Since this is a patient comment, do you have a release from the patient to be allowed to discuss his medical reason for an appointment. The reason for his appointment will be discussed to clarify what happened.
