  I would absolutely recommend Zen Windows of St. Louis and their entire team. This is the second time we have used them (finished replacing windows we did not replace during the first time), and things were just as great the second time around...7 years later. The people are fantastic to work with...very responsive, pleasant, respect your home, straightforward, etc. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and would definitely choose them again.

  Awesome company. No pressure. Straightforward pricing. The job of replacing 16 windows on a ranch home took only one day. The installers ***** and ******* with their decades of installing windows, knew what they were doing had a plan from the start, respected our home and kept it clean. They cleaned up trash and such from the yard as they moved from area to area. The windows are beautiful and have such great benefits like cleaning from the inside by tilting each panel in. ****** and **** answered any and all questions we had beforehand. ****** handled the payment process quickly and got us all of our warranty and paperwork right away. I would definitely call them again if I ever need windows.

  This is my second time to use Zen Windows of STL and I still highly recommend them. The whole process is simple and easy. There are no sales pitches, pressure tactics, nor randomly changing prices. They even will give a basic quote based on your own measurements so you can get an idea of the cost in advance. ***** and his team complete the installation in a quick and professional manner. The whole team at Zen Windows makes replacing windows as enjoyable as shopping and buying windows can be!

  Had 9 windows installed. From initial call to window installation completion, very professional and down to earth people. Very pleasant to work with and not only sell and install a good product, but took the time to educate me along the way. ***** and ****** are extremely professional and personableexactly who you want working on your home projects, even had ***** kindly measure 5 more windows on his way out.You can tell customer service and product quality are paramount to Zen Windows! Great job folks! Im sure well see you again.

  In a world of mediocrity and underdelivering companies, Zen windows excels with its customer service. From the initial process of getting a quote to follow-up after the installation, the experience was enjoyable. Its not often you can say that about a company from start to finish. There was no pressure in upselling or during the time we delayed a little bit to research other providers. The team was 100% professional. My mother recently had new windows put in by Zen. It was her glowing recommendation that made us want to finally check-off a much needed to-do of replacing our three original **** basement windows. Their pricing was comparable to other providers in the area, but they could get the job done much quicker. We highly recommend them and wont hesitate to recommend to others.-Happy ****** basement window customer in South City STL.

  I highly recommend Zen Windows of St. Louis to anyone needing new windows. I thought that all of the 5 star reviews had to be inflated, but they were not! I called and received a quote over the phone with confirmation of cost when the order was placed and the window measurements were taken. The costs were the same as quoted over the phone. Installation happened within the time frame quoted. The work was done in a day. The crew was polite, informative, and they left all work areas cleaned up. I will use Zen Windows again when I need windows.

  ****** and his Team were terrific from start to finish. The quoting process was easy and fast. The measuring session was educational and helpful. When the guys came to install they were on time, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and super clean! Would recommend Zen to anyone!

  I just had the best experience with Zen Windows. They were timely, courteous and very professional. They take a non-pressure sales approach. The guys who installed my three windows and new sliding door were great. They even put my blinds and curtains back up for me. Beautiful double-hung windows for an affordable price. The outdoor noise level in my house was reduced to zero. I cant recommend them highly enough. Well done.

  From the day I asked for a quote, until the day my beautiful windows were installed, ****** and ****** have been there. They answered all my questions, were helpful and understanding with what I wanted. The day of install, Eddie and Jimmy arrived promptly at 8:00 am to start putting in my windows. They introduced themselves, were kind and respectful of my property and home. They put tarps down to protect my hardwood floor, and were careful not to damage anything. They worked very hard and took out my very old windows and didn't break a one of them and hauled them away. They installed my new windows and did an excellent job of sealing and cleaning them up. I got the Double Hung Nirvana Solar LoE windows with grids on them. They are not only beautiful, but I have already noticed a difference in sound and no wind or air coming into the house where my new windows are. They did such a great job and I am so happy I cried when my new windows were in. So far I have only done my front windows but will be doing the rest when I have the money. :)
