  We worked with them for a little over six months in 2022, and they actually added to the amount of work we had. In our original consultation, they told us it would take some time to get acclimated to our business and what we do. Completely understandable. The service didnt start improving at the six months it got worseWe got assigned ***** to take care of us. Some of the things that were important to us and what was agreed on with Alpha was being the initial touch and following up on leads which we gave them the copy-paste script so they could be efficient. That was their only job, and we continued to get told they couldnt see when the leads came in. They were consistently not on our calendar, and we had to follow up with them at almost every lead. We set up meeting with them to make sure they had what they needed. We had to consistently monitor our calendar and lead sites even though that was the only job assigned to them, as we needed to see how they could handle the current task. Instead, we had to take that back over, and around February and March 2023, their accountant/system had billing issues that caused our company to be several weeks backup on payments, and we didnt get notified until charges that we didnt recognize were attempting to be placed on our cards. Once we spoke with them to get it ironed out, we had more charges placed on our cards that were not in the agreement. Totaling above 3k, they attempted to charge our cards. We stopped service in April but charged confined well into June and July. This ordeal has left a bad taste for our company using future services like this. At the end, it just was a waste of time and resources. I do not recommend this company for your assistance needs.

  I was happy to work with the team. The job was to pre-screen applicants for service jobs. They called and spoke with applicants presenting our strongest needs and listened closely for quality in job-fit, communication skills, and availability. Then they gave recommendations on the strongest candidates. I was have to hav the drudgery shouldered by another team.

  If I could give a 0 I would. I have sent a formal complaint to the BBB regarding this business. I (my company) has been threatened by Alpha Assistant to send a $140 invoice, that they claim is due, to collections. I have ignored these requests because Alpha Assistant has grifted more than $1,000 away from me over the course of our unfortunate business interactions.They over charge, under deliver and generally operate with shoddy business practices like bait and switch. Reaching a breaking point I ended the relationship. They kept sending bills even though I had given notice and their utterly incompetent assistant had not done work for me in some time. I kept paying these bills until I had enough and said I would not pay another unexpected bill from the company. They billed me again . The audacity is mind blowing. I am angry, disgusted and generally disappointed in myself for not seeing this company for what they are. I am reporting them so that nobody else ends up in this situation with them. I have an almost 800point credit score. I pay my bills so when I dont there is a good reason. I ask please censure this company for the good of the public.
