  Gamma was great. The best. ***** was my salesman and he was understanding of my needs. Tree work call ***** at Gamma Tree experts. More stars than 5 *********** 3 day job. Im very pleased

  This company is doing work on my street Im assuming for the **** of st *******. First of all they left some type of oil all over the street from one of their machines that they use and didnt even try cleaning it up, then they are using common ground and my driveway without my permission to use my driveway to get to my street which they couldve just u used the street, but I have a no trespassing sign at the edge of my driveway and common ground that you can clearly see. And when I called their office the lady was very nice and understanding that I didnt want the oil on my driveway and in front of my house because of me not wanting to drag oil all through my house and in my car. She said she would call the site supervisor but nothing was done to try and clean the oil up and they kept using my driveway to get their machinery to and from the job site, I said it was OK, but one even asked if they could use my driveway even after telling her that all they would have to do is knock on my door or ring my doorbell and ask. Then, at the end of the day they were cleaning the street of all the wood chips and debris, and left it all in front of my house at the dead end of my street, but yet the rest of the street was free and clear of wood chips and debris. I will be calling st Charles **** to report this issue as well. Not only is the oil a mess on the street but also bad for the environment being theres a creek 20 ft away from the street.

  Ive used this company in the past and was disappointed this last time. Spent over $2800 for tree removal and tree trim to receive subpar customer service. The actual work was fine but in the process had to deal with rude employees and the tree cutters cut my internet line while cutting tree down and they never said a word to me. It was pretty obvious that it was cut but I had to investigate myself when my internet suddenly went out. I called company after they finished the job and got paid to complain about this. The receptionist told me should would let them know and they would call me back. Never heard back from them. I will be sure not to use them again.

  We had **** from Gamma take down 2 big trees for us along with grinding the stumps and a few other stumps that had been left behind from previous homeowners. The crews were great and did it in a timely fashion. They were safe and cautious with one of the trees that was very close to the house If you’re looking to have tree work done, they are your guys!
