    We've been using Gateway Sewer and Drain for over 15 years. We have them come out twice a year to clean the main and kitchen drains, and this ensures we don't have to worry about unexpected backups. We have many trees, so roots are usually an issue. They have been prompt, efficient, and very helpful over the years. We once had a bathtub drain line so clogged (it was over 50 years old) that the tub would not drain at all. Two technicians spent a morning carefully cleaning the drain so that it would. Their meticulous attention saved us from having to replace the main plumbing stack for over a year, which gave us time to include that replacement as part of an overall home renovation project. Their pricing is very reasonable--slightly cheaper than most, and their 30-day guarantee adds piece of mind. We have had to use that guarantee just once, when we had them out before Christmas and then had a backup Christmas Day--they were here before noon on the 26th and restored ** to working order--at no cost to **. I cannot recommend them enough.
