    CEO **** **************************** ******* Blackwell - FRAUDULENT MANDATORY ************ September of 2024, an investigation uncovered that the *** & the CEO had fabricated documents to their clients, Cordish properties. Falsified exams were submitted to the ************************* from the office of Blackwell Support Services to Cordish properties at ****************. The falsified exams were created by ************** Blackwell for employees who missed the submission date. Because the Blackwell contract was in jeopardy of breach if the *** exams were not turned in on time to the Cordish properties, the decision was made by the ********* of Blackwell to forge the exams in their *************** by taking on the personas themselves in place of the employees who had not turned in their exams.(570.095. Filing false documents with the intent to defraud any municipal, county, district, or state government entity, division, agency, or office, or to any types of documents:2. Filing false documents under this section is a class D ********* was also discovered that the CFO of Blackwell Support Services had paid their employees to write positive 4 star or 5 star *************** reviews in an effort to bring their 2.5 star rating to a 4.0 or higher. The round of practices took place around the month of September/October, 2023 & consequently an influx of positive reviews can be seen for their company in that September/October-2023 time frame. This practice is not only unethical, but is in direct violation of the ********************************* business practices. FTC 465.5(c)(1) and 465.8(a).Ironically, had the CFO of Blackwell Support Services not contested unemployment benefits for one employee, the fraudulent practices that the CEO & the *** engaged in may not have been discovered & Cordish properties, ******* the *** (*************************), Glassdoor, The ************** of Labor, Indeed & the *** (************************) might never have discovered these crimes.
