    I havent been in the apartment not even a month and Im ready for this lease to be over! I got moved into a disgusting dirty apartment, and had to clean it myself had to throw out items from the last tenant and everything talk about being pissed! Find out the building is infested with mice. I asked ***************************** if they had any rodents problems, and she told me no, but she lied! I saw mice droppings, then decided to talk to the neighbors and they told me the truth! The floors in the apartment are separating from the wall it holes throughout the whole apartment. Apartments doesnt get warm and easy access for the mice. ******* has stopped communication with me. At this point I want out of the lease. These people have been extremely unprofessional and I regret this with everything in me. ******* has been speaking about my personal information with the neighbors do not rent from these people, I wish I would have saw all of the reviews . The company reviews they are horrible! Im extremely stressed out! Huge Regret!

    While ******'s 1st Choice was quick to address repairs and get us into the property, our experience quickly turned sour. Once our circumstances changed, they seemed to disappear, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated. Communication was extremely poor, with long delays in getting any assistance. This not only wasted our time but also our money.One major issue was that we never received the keys to the front door, which made accessing the property a constant challenge. Additionally, we never had the opportunity to meet the property manager, and she never bothered to check in with us.Overall, our experience with ******'s 1st Choice was disappointing. We would not recommend their property management services due to the lack of communication, slow response times, and the inconvenience of not having proper access to the property. It's important for potential renters to be aware of these drawbacks before considering their services.

    I moved out over 60 days ago. The rent was fully paid when I left and the agent thanked me for leaving the house so clean. However my deposit still has not been returned to me. I have called and left several messages but I get no response. We were asked to move due to septic system issues and according to the letter they sent, they wouldn't be moving anyone else in until they hooked up to public sewer which they said would take 12 months. However they just moved a new family in on 6/1/22.
