      This company I would never hire. The reason I had them was because they were assigined to me by my home warranty company. I will be contact my home warranty company on Monday to let them know my experenice with this company. I was told some one would do the repairs on this Friday between 12 and 2 but know one showed up.I call the company and was told by the person that answered the phone that my appointment was 12--3. I told her that I had a email stating that when some one would come, she dispatched the technician and said he was running late..I still have not heard from. I think I deserved a courteous call. They said in my e mail if your plans change and if you're unable to make this appointment give them a call, but they didn't give me call. Their customer service stink. Never Never hire this company. They don't even deserve 1 star.

      I would never recommend or use this service. I contracted them to replace a breaker box and it turned into a 5 day project. They "manager" told me he would be there but did not show 1 day. They never showed up even close to on time and the responsiveness of this company is atrocious. The parts were ridiculously overpriced but I just needed it done.I would call/text the manage and would not get a response for almost a full day at times. One day he said he someone would be there at 11am, 12:30 rolls around and I have not gotten a response to calls or texts of me asking if they are coming. Has to miss my sons sports event waiting around for them and they did not even show. Even the receptionist did not care about my concerns. If they finished, I'm sure the quality would have been decent, but that would have been the only decent thing.$3,100 and 6 days later, I have an unfinished job and a sour taste from worst than poor service.I should have done my research.DO NOT USE THIS EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS

      They charged me ****** did not warrant work. Not even two weeks later I am dealing with the same slow drain they were supposed to fix. They also lied and did not send my receipt to my email address. Please never use Right now plumbing services! Unless you want to be ripped off and swindled out of your money right now! I wish I would have checked BBB before using these rip offs!
