Service techs are very nice flexible and thorough. We have seen improvements and when we have issues with anything they will come back and spray or pay special attention to problematic areas.Review fromGretchen S

I requested a trap to catch and release a ground hog. I paid for the trap for one week Friday to Friday. They picked up the trap on Thursday and wont refund my money for the day that I paid for as well as trapping and releasing the animal. They also apparently had no communication with their employee who delivered the trap because they sent me a text saying when they would be out to set the trap. Very unprofessional. They only got a two because the employee who delivered the trap was very nice. Too many other places to give business to and I wont be one person who will ever use them again.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate it! There was some miscommunication on our end for sure and we apologize for that. Unfortunately per our explanation of the service, you rented a trap for 1 service week of 5 days, not 1 regular week. Per your agreement, weekends the trap is to be closed because our office is closed. We also let you know verbally and on the agreement that we cannot guarantee an animal to go into the set trap. We cannot refund your rental fee after multiple visits to set and bait the trap as well as remove it. Our reviews across the web are all high ratings and we apologize you did not have the utmost pleasant experience with us.Review fromJohn B

Titan Pest have been wonderful. I just had a visit today from ******* ******** and ****. They were professional and courteous and asked me several questions regarding my long standing problem with ants. They didn't need to consult notes, they already knew the facts! The field mice are long gone! They were very thorough in analyzing the problem and skilled at solving it. Good people who want to do the job right.
