    **** does not keep to their guarantee service, their employees lie(I have video on my ring camera). They charge you for service they didnt provide and will not give you a refund even after I sent them the video. Do not waste your money or time dealing with them. I would give them a 0 on stars.

    If I could give a zero I would. First I signed up for 3 mos. Then they kept charging my card. I've had to cancel 4 times and then they still sent ppl to my house to spray. They actually owe me money, and they have the nerve to tell me that have no records of my calls but I have email and texts. We got charged and we didn't even have a service.

    If I could give zero stars I would and I didn't even use their service. An arrogant jerk of a salesmen came to my door tonight. I politely told him no several times while he kept forcing his pamphlet in my door. Wouldn't take no for an answer. I closed the door and he made a comment about hurting my feelings. I quickly ushered him off my property. Not surprising this company is failing.

    we'll he to see about the ************ but it seems awful coincidental that right after we signed up, i have fraudulent charges on my credit card. 2 delta charges. one from mci & another to evergy energy service in **. will be canceling our service if problems persist

    I cancelled their services the very next day because we saw more ants coming into the house. They sent the charges to a collection agency for $250... WILL BE DISPUTING, this is RIDICULOUS. They should have reached out to discuss any money owed! They need to come back and do their job before that amount is paid!

    We started using NOMO in 2020 shortly after purchasing our new home. We noticed ants and other insects in the spring a few months after we moved in. Since 2020, we have not had any issues with pests. Further, we still have the same locked in rate of $119 originally discussed four years ago. Four years of consistent results and no price change; that seems to justify a 5 star review.

    My yard is in worst shape than I ever thought it could be. They said it would take a couple treatments and my pest have tore my yard up. Mole runs everywhere. I wanted to get rid of mosquitoes and moles and that hasn't happened. They usually let us know when they were coming. Not this last time. They supposedly came when we were gone and then emailed my wife that I owe them for a treatment.

    the worst cusromer service i have ever seen the treatment they did was done very poorly and different ech and every time contract ended and they continue to charge my account and when i called the were not willing to give me my april payment back

    TERRIBLE.. They never showed up but billed my husband's credit card monthly. The business is a complete and utterly joke. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Please take this as a warning. They have 1-2 stars for a reason. As fast as they took the money out the account but never fast about completing the service. I would give them 0 stars if i could.

    I cancelled my service in June before the treatment was due , because of terrible service from this company Company said have to give them 30 days notice I said ok Please consider this my notice to cancel service after this treatment Paid for that treatment which I did not get, representative just sat in truck then left Service should be cancelled Company came out again on September *********************************************************************************************************************************************** Had to ask him to please leave my property 3 times while he was mouthing off at me before he finally left My brother was there sitting on porch with me luckily
