This business is a scam they quote you a price Hold your belongings hostage Then lie about the weight Then give you a higher price of what the quote was Only to get your things back and find there are a lot of things Missing

We appreciate the platform the BBB provides for a business to respond to a review such as this. Dear Customer, we think it's unfortunate that are taking time to write this instead of enjoying your new home in ******! To address your complaints in order: First, we did not, have not, and will never hold a shipment hostage - as you were told several times, international shipments must be paid for prior to departure, because collection agencies have no leverage in foreign states - it's just the way it works. The weight tickets for your shipment are true - integrity is a core value here, and did not, have not, nor ever will "lie about the weight" on a shipment, so this simply didn't happen. You opted to take much more than you described to us at your estimate walkthrough, which is supported by the walkthrough results when referenced against the inventories. YOU ALSO ADMITTEDLY FAILED TO READ OUR QUOTE AND ATTACHMENTS, WHICH IS WHY THE COST WAS "HIGHER." You'll recall that because you didn't want to pay for this higher cost, and after allowing the shipment to take up unpaid space on our warehouse floor for so long, that we went completely in the hole financially just to get it to you. Finally, we shipped to you everything you picked out of the piles of stuff at origin and directed us to pack. if things are missing, they likely were never found in those piles of things, were never packed, but fortunately, were never paid for with regards to packing or moving either. We did our best for you, under adverse conditions, and ultimately lost money doing it. The old saying "no good dead goes unpunished" seems fitting here. Thanks anyways?
