  Cleaning Concepts of Saint Louis do a great job. They are customer ********************** centric. The cleaning teams are very efficient and detailed oriented. I use them for bi-weekly residential cleaning services with once a year deep clean.

  This company violated labor laws and ******* is bias a** liar I worked 7 days and was only paid for 2 never received my check stub statements are anything else!! This company took advantage of me cause I'm disabled...I need my money I worked hard then 4 hrs a day for 5 days a week never missed a day and was fired for no reason but I still want my money!!! ******************

  I would absolutely recommend Cleaning Concepts. They fit ** in last minute just four days out. This was a post-construction clean and after it looked like a whole new office. Worth the $555 we paid for a couple folks to do the deep clean they did in just a few hours. We will be using them in the future.

  She sent 2 people to clean and they were there for 3 hours. They did not windows, blinds, ceiling fans, walls, kitchen and inadequate when they moped the hardwood floors, they were still dirty. They did not clean the bathrooms, bedroom carpets in master bedrooms. The floors and the woodwork was not done. They did not do the utilities and storage area either. They did **** square feet which was inadequate. She charged $432.00 and I am literally doing everything again. The manager said they could not send anyone out. My complaint is exorbitant costs and inadequate cleaning

  I was very pleased with the work that the team did! They were easy to communicate with when scheduling the job, the team did excellent work cleaning the home for move out, and it was nice that they provided photos and videos of the work before and after. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for cleaners in the area!
