      If we could give a zero, we would. After working with owner ***** since 2008. In May of this year 2023 I reached out to the company-***** for about 10 Days seeing a heat wave coming in early in the season and he did not reach back out to schedule. After having enough, I texted him to *************** or a refund. He texted back refund. I hired another Irrigation company, and they were over in two days. Since May I have been trying to get our $310.00 refunded. I have called him-texted-him and requested a repayment from the source I paid him with PayPal on three different accessions. My next step will be small claims court. We do not need the funds, but this is PRINCIPAL. His prices a reasonable but take it from our experience use a company that has a receptionist and can put things on the schedule when you call in. ***** works from his cell only and does not put things in stone. Since 2008 we have heard I will be by this week sometime.
