  My tankless boiler/water heater was occasionally getting pressure errors, so I asked BBB for quotes. SmartHouse ******************************************* had the quickest response, and I was able to have the work done within just a couple days. The technician who came was very familiar with the Navien brand and determined I just needed a system flush to clean things up. I'm very pleased with the work done and will be scheduling my maintenance cleanings with SmartHouse from now on.

  SmartHouse replaced our aging AC & gas furnace with a Daiken Air Heat Pump. The owner, Marc, assessed our situation and needs and was very informative, patient, thorough, and friendly. ***, the energy auditor, joined **** on a second call to look at what was needed to improve comfort in our home. We trusted what they recommended. Our installation team lead by **** was friendly, professional, hard-working, and reviewed the use of the system before leaving. They also cleaned up before leaving and were patient with every question. We plan to purchase their service plan and continue using them to care for our new HVAC system. I would recommend them to others.

  Our service call with Smarthouse went smoothly. **** called before he arrived to let us know when he would be there. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. He explained what he did and what he observed. We will definitely have Smarthouse perform regular inspection and maintenance in the future.
