    Installed after market glass windshield and were unable to recalibrate after, so was unable to use many functions in car including cruise control after installation. Refused to replace with OEM despite fact that it was covered under their survive warranty. Canceled out insurance claim so they could avoid paying for me to get glass replaced and recalibrated again at another business. After it was inspected by dealership and other glass installer, found they used wrong glass and installed poorly (asymmetric) so that cameras could not line up. Bad service, dishonest and shady business practices.

    Had them replace back glass on my 2014 Impala two things went wrong they used some kind of Chinese glass that looks like Carnival Glass very wavy lights flicker in it it's Prismatic! The other side of it was I think the tech threw a dirty blanket on my trunk scratched my trunk deck all up very badly I've had it at two different detail shops to look at it and they agree dirty Fender cloth more than likely they will not resolve the issue they said it's not their responsibility the tech denies it I'm screwed I'm turning it into my insurance company I'll let them battle it out

    This customer called after job was done and said glass was distorted. We offered to replace it with a new glass. But he then called back and said it wasn't distorted. If he wants it replaced we are fine with that and we will replace it no charge. We inspected the paint scratches and it was determined that paint scratches occured when the glass shattered and fell on the car. not from any fault of Glass Doctor.
