  Its been almost a year working with this company and I regret ever hiring them. They asked for $2,200 and gave them their money and its been a struggle with them they send someone with no experience to do the work. I hired them to do three vents on my roof and replace my panels on my carport. The panels they replaced my carport with is real cheap material and not even put up the right way and it leaks and during wind it shakes. I gave them many chances to make things right and still nothing is happening and no one is answering my calls. I do not recommend hiring them for your house work. They replaced two vents on my roof and left one all they did was put silicon on the third one and its leaking they tell me someone will come to fix it and no one is showing up to fix it. Save your money and take your business somewhere else because you dont want them doing the work for you.

  Pro Installations & Design Build Co did a great job replacing our roof, fascia's, down spouts and vinyl siding, despite issues with the current supply chain. Insurance put a couple of hurdles in front of them on the vinyl siding, because they wanted us to accept a two color house. Pro Installation went thru the necessary hoops to get the vinyl siding replaced properly. Great Job Pro Installations & Design Build Co...A ********************

  Stay away from this company. They took a $1,000 deposit 4 months ago and no work has been done. When pushed for an update, the company provided three delivery dates for roof shingles and missed all of them. When I finally cancelled with them, they began threatening legal action saying that I owe them 20% of the claim. Be aware of your rights as a consumer and document all your interactions with this company. I suggest you also reach out to Missouri's Attorney General.

  We had NO leaks from our roof until after Pro *********************************************** contracted roofers install a new roof. Now we have water damage in several rooms. We would have been better off keeping the old hail damaged roof. I have never been so disappointed with any home repair service!

  We are submitting this letter in response to a complaint that contains numerous misstatements regarding our work and involvement in a recent project. This complaint does not accurately reflect the facts of the situation, and we request its removal from our ********** clarify, this individuals insurance carrier did not initially cover the repair of their chimney, despite the chimney being the primary source of leaks in the home. We successfully advocated for the chimney repair to be approved, and we completed this repair as per the approved scope. Prior to our involvement, there were already multiple leak issues in the home, and our team addressed all concerns promptly, including the approved chimney repair.The complainant has inaccurately claimed that our work resulted in leaks in multiple rooms, including the kitchen. However, it is structurally impossible for a leak originating from the chimney in the family room to affect the kitchen. Additionally, no leaks have resulted from our work; the repairs we performed were completed in accordance with professional standards, and we have been in regular contact with the client, addressing any questions or concerns daily.We have fulfilled every obligation and have even gone beyond the initial scope to ensure that all issues were thoroughly addressed. This complaint does not accurately reflect the quality or scope of our work and is misleading to potential clients.   *** and his crew were outstanding!!! They took a tricky real estate transaction and quickly dealt with the insurance company and had the roof on by closing!!! The sellers and buyer were all thrilled with the beautiful work and professionalism!!!!!

  It only took 2 months to get to my roof but manager *** advised me that his crew would me out monday morning and I think 7 men arrived and took off my old roof and replaced it with new one and took them less than 8 hours to get done. They did a fantastic job and removed everything and cleaned up at the end. I would highly recommend them to do anyone's roof.Pro installation is a great company.

  This company saved my life after a fire. He came early with drones and security camerss for me bc I live in a sketchy area. I was stood up by a different contractor. Please be careful and trust this company for all your needs be it by tragedy or choice like remodel, can't think of anyone better.
