they raised our rates ,with out notifying us .i had contacted them and claimed they sent out letters to every 1 ,in fall of 22 . i asked my neighbors if the received a letter from American Eagle concerning a rate hike and they said they received anything ,the city of Byrnes Mill accepted their bid for trash removal which was not the lowest .their were 2 other trash services that were lower and had the equipment to fulfill the needs of the community ,when it come time to rebid the city of Byrnes Mill still rejected the the 2 lower bids for trash service

I contacted about an extra pick up, ***** got on the phone and went off on me and then hung up. I have 24 individuals and 2 commercial friends who will be not only be switching to Waste Management. But with due diligence will convert as many commercial partners we work with as well.Review fromAndy M

They didnt empty my entire street trash. When I called to find out why the girl on the phone was incurably rude to me. So after speaking with her I asked to speak to a manager. The woman that answered was even more rude and had an even bigger attitude. All I was asking for was a one time credit for not picking up my trash that week. She just kept repeating herself like a broken record we dont ever give any credits. Even though she admitted their ********** did not get our trash that week. Ask company owner myself when I make a mistake or one of my employees. I personally make sure things are financially compensated for my customers. That is all I was expecting and wanting.
