      Dont buy from Plug! I got sent a defective phone, I notified them right away I got to send it back they supposably repaired it. 3 months later phone changes blue and screen is completely black. I contact them again. They seem bothered. Im well in my one year warranty.And I start to be ignored. I send email after email and they answer but once they find out its me they ignore again. there is no number to call. they are a fraud never again! $700 dollars down the drain ridiculous

Your experience during the warranty period should have been much smoother.The difficulty you faced in getting in touch with us and the subsequent feeling of being ignored is not at all aligned with the level of service we aim to provide. We take these issues seriously and will work to ensure better communication moving forward. It does look like our team issued a replacement for the defective device. We are reaching out now to make sure all of your issues are addressed.

      DO NOT BUY FROM PLUG.TECH!I bought a MagSafe charger for my sons iPhone along with a couple of other accessories. Return policy looked reputable. Even though I wasnt thrilled with Plugs policy that they would charge a 10% restocking fee, I still placed my order. When I tried to return the MagSafe charger because it did work with my sons iPhone, I noticed that all 3 items were deemed ineligible for return. So, in reality, Plug is charging a 100% restocking fee!!! Would have given ZERO stars but this forum doesnt allow a zero star submission!Will never buy from this company again!!!
