    Our house is seven years old and we have had three different instances with water and mold. When we first moved in, our toilets didn’t flush properly and they gave excuse after excuse so we ended up having to pay for new ones. We had to replace our kitchen faucet and cabinets because the faucet was faulty and installed wrong. We recently had two inches of water and now have to replace all the carpet, baseboards, drywall and shower. They have also discovered a crack in the foundation. This house has been a money pit since we moved in. The plumber told us the builder used the cheapest possible materiel inside the pipes which is what caused the water backup. NJL homes look cosmetically pleasing, but they make so many shortcuts you can’t see until your warranty is over. NJL reached out to us, but then never responded back to us when we told them all the issues we’ve had. They have no intention of offering us any help. You have many builders to choose from. I would steer clear of NJL!
