Very disappointed. Waited 5 hours for a phone call to tell me they didnt have enough staff all day for my window cleaning appointment. A simple phone call in the morning would have allowed me to reschedule. That is bad business to not call a client and let them know.

White it is true we were shorthanded. We did offer to do the job anyway but you were unwilling to wait. We scheduled with a four hour window when we called. We were within that four hour window. As a company we did everything we were supposed to do, Im sorry you do not feel that way you have every right to leave whatever review you want, believing a one star review on the BBB website because we couldnt get to you on time??Review frompatricia s

Daves team did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. Some areas, like entry ways and stairs, were so darkened from wear, I never thought they would come clean, but they did, and they look great. Thank You ****.
