      I was interested in renting but was refused a chance to view to make sure it was a good option and not a scam. When I asked why the person over the phone said just look online and apply. Im not so sure this isnt a scam.

      Since 2020 we have been short staffed and our office is closed to the public for tours. All of our available apartments have 360 tours and you view, tour and apply on line. I told the interested party that and I also told her it may not be for her. After you are approved and the apartment is ready and has been inspected by St. Louis County you can make an appointment to come and ******* before you ever sign a lease. I understand that does not work for everyone, but we are 99% leased and 97% occupied so it does work for a lot of people. She was welcome to come and view the location but we do not tours.

      to any potential renters looking for a place. pay attention to this STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE. TRUST WHEN I SAY ITS FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. There is no point in repeating what every other review and complaint says across social media because it's clear there is a reoccurring problem across the board. my complaint would just be a repeated statement. Just stay away from this place.

      Discrimination with rude attitude and disrespectful behavior from an awful manager of any leasing office We believed and strongly agreed that such apartment complexes are not brand new, every issue could not be considered. But for a family, when you have kids or new born baby at home, the major concerns like black molds in walls, green fungus in kitchen cabinets, broken bathroom door and kitchen cabinets, loosen handrail, broken window nets should be replaced or commitment to fix before or after move in.At office when just started sharing our observation after in person tour, *******************************, Area Property Manager started screaming loudly, saying she will not give us the apartment. We request ***** very politely in the presence of another staff, please listen our concerns. She become aggressively agitated, ordered us to leave the office immediately and threaten us about suing and calling the policeman. We said, alright please call now. She did not give us a single chance even to say a single word afterwards. We requested her to walk in with us into the townhome and check in person, but she refused to go. We said please talk with someone from the upper management but she replied mockingly as if she is the owner of the complex. We were so humiliated, verbally assaulted, and mentally tortured at their office. After confirmation from halfmoon village on August 16th, we notified our current apartment complex that we will move out on Sep 26th. And it has already been leased to a new tenant. We are just homeless now with a kid and a 33 weeks expecting mother.Some people said, such reviews will not make any changes of half moon village management because owner does not have any time to consider such issues. From our observation, ***** is treating tenants/ future tenants like a slave with strong discrimination attitudes.

      I never yelled or threatened to **** The apartment had been inspected by St Louis County and was passed one hour before they came to see it. I agree that some things still needed to be done but there was no black mold. I just told them that I was not going to be able to make them happy so I was going to refund their money to them. They brought some man that said he was a maintenance man and it was my job to make them happy. I did aks them to him to leave when he kept telling me that he was going to *** me. I refunded all of their money and asked them to leave my office. They said okay. They never once stated they would be homeless. They kept telling me I was rude and I kept telling them I was sorry they felt that way. There was a little bit more work that needed to be done on the apartment but the demands this couple was making was more than what we would be willing to do at the price point of our apartments.
