  Had to leave a star, could not post with out one. Mom recently passed so I've been going through her paperwork, in 2016 she told me, my brother and my son, who works in timeshare, about this company she was going through to sell her timeshare. My son told her don't give them any of your money, they prey on people like you. Well apparently, it was too late, they took her money. They sent her paperwork to read, sign and notarize so they could be compensated via her discover card. The papers I'm now seeing have a computer generated signature and initials that she had nothing to do with, and was not notarized. They were paid 2,505.00. Mind you, this was to sell her time share. Well, long story short, mom passed this year, I just received a bill from the timeshare that she apparently still owns for unpaid fees, balance is over 10k. Please do your homework before giving any of these debt relief or timeshare relief companies, they are all scams and our poor elderly are the target to help them get wealthy. I'm not sure there is anything I can do at this point, but will definitely try; at least to educate people when it comes to these companies. I'm glad the BBB exists so people may see other's past experiences, and make an educated decision based on what they see.

  I attended a presentation on timeshare relief in 2007 and paid RSI $6700 to release me from the timeshare I purchased. I have called many times to check on the status and was always given an excuse that they hired a new law firm to handle our case. I requested a refund and was told that they did not promise relief in any specific timeframe. Now their number is disconnected and no additional information is available. I am continuously receiving collection notices for the timeshare dues which I was instructed NOT to pay as soon as we signed with RSI, LLC.

  Please don't do any business with this company whatsoever. Lies and misleading information is all they have to offer.

  I signed a contract in November 2018 with *** to help me get out of a vacation plan contract. I sent them $2000 and was told this was all it would cost. They used a ****** Law to handle my claim. This was an additional $500. I was told there would be no estoppel required, but then was contacted and told the law firm would not proceed without $1200 estoppel. I paid this. The in 2020 when Covid hit, the law firm went out of business.I contacted *** and was told they had another law firm that could take over for an additional $900. I did not pay this. Later I was contacted that there was another firm ******************** for $600. I paid this and completed all the additonal paperwork required. Today I tried contacting both RSE and the law firm. The *** number would not go through and I had to leave a message with the law firm for the third time. Not sure what recourse I have but want to make sure no one else is taken by them.

  These so- called operatives are "Scammers" because the timeshare business is the same! We paid dearly out of our small retirement money for no relief at all.The whole industry is "crooked" and unregulated. Everything from beginning to end is "Buyer Beware"!! No results! Zilch!
