I have been very satisfied with the service provided by Helio Solar Power in the design and installation of the solar system on our home. There were a couple of delays, one in getting the panels from the manufacturer and another in getting the final approval from the City prior to installation. However, I am a retired architect and have been involved in construction most of my life, so I am very familiar with what can happen in getting a project completed. There were no delays or other issues that were not totally understandable, and Helio Solar certainly did everything in their power to get the project completed in a timely manner. Helio Solar kept me informed through every step of the project. They were very professional in everything they did. My completed solar system looks great and performs exactly as promised. I would have no problem in recommending Helio Solar to others. However, I would also recommend that anyone thinking about adding solar to their home or business do some basic research to educate themself on the fundamentals of solar energy collection, how their electric bill will be calculated with the solar added, and how the tax credit will be applied. A little education before starting a solar project will help eliminate false expectations or possible misunderstandings later.Advanced Renewable Concepts, LLC
