    Addict Insulation (** *******) contacted me via my **** inquiry. Based on my attic requirements, he quoted me a lower end price for cellulose insulation and an appointment was arranged. It was from this point on that things went down hill. Prior to the day of the appointment I called the company number and got voicemail a number of times. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by ** via text that there were issues with their phone system and the appointment was rescheduled. Early on the day of the rescheduled appointment, I received a text apologizing and asking to reschedule later in the day due to a piece that needed welding on his insulation machine. I texted back asking if he preferred that I patronize another company. He was adamant that I did not, and apparently realized the time he wanted to move the appointment to was the time for which it was originally scheduled. Shortly before the appointment time, ** texted that the machine still was not ready and would give an $85 discount if I permitted yet another delay. Long story shorter, the appointment got moved back two days later until now. ** was supposed to be here at 8 am and it is now 9:02 am. I have not heard from him. I really was not expecting him to show - I just was curious to see what he would do next. I am not sure of the reason for the run-around. Needless to say, I cannot/will not recommend Addict Insulation for patronage.
