Pattern of Complaints

Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with Eleras Automotive Group. BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints and negative reviews primarily alleging misleading advertising, unsolicited mailers and calls, failure to cancel policies and issue refunds, and poor customer service.

On December 5th, 2024, BBB sent a letter to Eleras Automotive Group. On December 12th, 2024, the company responded to that letter. The company stated they are reviewing the language used in their mailers and are revisiting their cancellation policies. They have also mentioned that they have implemented new procedures for customer service so that requests and inquiries are answered within 24 hours.
