  They no longer include explicit details that they are not associated with your actual car warranty. New mailed notices have perforated edges and are deliberately intended to look as legitimate/official as possible. Taking full advantage of our lack of consumer financial protection bureau, more misleading than they were when they started.

  I definitely would NOT call this place a business! They took me for 1600! Thank god i was making payments and didn't end up paying the entire 3600! They paid for 2 oil changes and turned me down for a service! I canceled on September 16 2024 and they said I'd get a full refund! It took my attorney writing a letter and at least 20 phone calls finally 2/ 19/25 I got 400 of it back! They never wanted to give the name of the person in charge of reimbursement cks never could tell me if they even sent me a check! MOST UNPERFESSIONAL & RUDEST PEOPLE!!! TOTAL SCAM FOR YOUR MONEY! IT was a nightmare!!!!

  A **** scam. They caught me thinking that I had no warranty on my car left. Turns out that I did and they are making it an absolute pain to cancel.

  Got a post card from them in the mail, no return address, just a phone number.Called em, just to make sure they werent from my dealership, should have just googled them first.

  This appears to be a scam. I have been receiving harassing phone calls from this business virtually every day for months. They pretend to have the wrong number and then attempt to obtain information about my vehicle and to sell me services. They say they will remove me from their call sheet, but they have not. When I ask for details about the company, they hang up. Law enforcement, please do your job here and nail these guys for wire fraud.

  This company sent me a deceptive direct mail promotion disguised as an urgent required message. It was sealed on all sides, had perforated edges, and security style paper so that you could not see the message within. On the outside it said only "MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICES", and "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE IS REQUIRED". Not requested... required. I was dubious, but figured that if it were, say, a vehicle recall notice, then I'd want to know.As it turned out, they were just trying to sell me extended warranty coverage. The language inside was equally deceptive: "By neglecting to replace your coverage you will be at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs after your factory warranty expires". I take extreme issue with these manipulative and deceptive tactics designed to coerce, intimidate, scare, and fool people into thinking that if they don't purchase this coverage then they will be in some kind of trouble or perhaps non-compliance with some law or motor vehicle regulation.Apparently this is a common tactic with extended warranty companies like this one; I got a similar direct mail promotion last week. Its clear plastic mailer window revealed "IMMEDIATE ACTION IS REQU", and without thinking I opened it only to see the word that was conveniently only partially revealed in the window was "REQUested", not "REQUired". Language inside was almost identical to this one in its scare tactics. I honestly can't speak to the quality of coverage these companies provide, but given the manipulative language they use to lure you in, I'll stay far, far away. Beware!

  The customer service person I was talking to was extremely rude and very pushy and tried to intimidate me into buying their services. I found those actions to be a red flag. I believe they are a scam dont believe them and dont give any financial information over the phone these people are a piece of work and big time scammers. And when you hesitate to fall for their bull they start calling you names and belittling you and tell you they cant cancel youre transaction even though you didnt give them any financial info.

  This company is a scam. I called them and first when I told him the miles he said they probably couldnt cover that many miles. **** he told me to hold and he would talk to his supervisor. He came back and said after talking to his boss and the fact that the truck was still running well they decided to extend my warranty . ??**** went into what was covered. **** went into the cost of coverage which is when I said no. This guy was rude as ****, belittling, arrogant,pressuring and just a jackass. I finally with profanity hung up on him. He called back several times. Do not have anything to do with them. They are cons.
