      Sorry for being so late to leave review - family events threw me off my game. But I have to say that BBB's referral of Rubi Siding and Windows LLC resulted in the best experience with ANY business I can remember having.

      The wind snatched the fascia cap loose on one side of a roof peak and was damaged beyond repair, so needed replacing. They were the only company bidding that made a recommendation for esthetics (replace opposite side of the peak too) - which I chose to include in the bid. The work was done in short order; looks beautiful and has stood the test of time. They took the extra step to enforce the end of the fascia caps when doing the repair so that the wind would not catch it as easily (this was not done originally).

      Communication was stellar! Very responsive to questions and kept me informed every step along the way. Set a date and time of arrival; confirmed their pending arrival the day before; texted when they were about 15 minutes away on the day and arrived on time.

      Their price for the repair was extremely competitive. The work was done in short order and they cleaned up the work area when the job was done. The repair looks beautiful and has stood the test of time.

      Based on my experience - front to back - I highly recommend Rubi Siding and Windows LLC !!!
