    Trimline Window Tinting is probably the worst tint shop in the city dont go. They have no idea what they are doing. The worse service I ever had . I call up there to find out how to get service. I Tell them Im coming down there around 12. The man never told me they had to set up an appointment or I would have did that . I get down there around 12 and I wait for 30 mins for them to talk to someone else and then they dont even talk to me because they assume because bc we are both black we are together. I never said one word to this other man to make them think we are together. And then the weird dude that just assumed people are together gets smart with me and said I was late when he never told me it was appointment only. He said come on down on the phone and then tries to make it seem like its my fault. Never ????. Unprofessional, unprovoked and Ridiculous, they think people dont have things to do and then assuming Im with somebody because of what, I did not even come in with this other man. Sounds racist to me. They refused me service and Im glad they did bc how they handle phone calls and giving out information , something leads me to believe their tint jobs are as well. If you want people to set up appointments speak up ?? when people call in to get information. Thats your job not mines. That the whole reason I called to get information on how to get service. Do your job, dont get mad at me because you articulate your rules.
