      When I hire a caterer I expect to get fresh made items not just ******** or ****- very disappointing-definitely not Viking Cruises ‘ quality- the company would have been very upset. I have hired over 40 caterers this year and this is the worse I have ever seen and it definitely was not one of the most inexpensive. Caterer **** may have spent $250 at the most (emptying the plastic containers from ******* and putting the items on plates - I would not recommend him in the future and feel you really should know how one of your members ‘ does a very poor job. After hearing people’s opinions on the food, it was disappointing to say the least. I could have done exactly what he did and saved Viking a ton of money . I ask for a $500 refund on my Viking corporate card, he said the most he would do was $300. After discussing with my company, they said fine. I called Caterer **** back on Monday and he said he would think about it, now not even willing to do that . Very disappointing !
